As we all know I just turned 40 in March. And you would not believe the sentiments I received from some small minded people. In this day and age many women and most men believe that if you are not married by the time you are 40 then you are doomed to be single. Well, ummm, my best friend Helen is in her early forties and is getting married to legendary guitarist Phil Collen in July; I will be at the wedding.-- with bells on!!! And camera in tow!n

And what about actress turned author Victoria Rowell? She got married for the first time when she was damn near fifty!!! Both of these women remained active and optimistic, focused on their careers, took care of their bodies, all while waiting for Mr. Right even after encountering many a Mr. Wrong. My point? If you are no longer in your twenties please know you are still a desirable and viable woman. Stay optimistic, keep the faith, and puhhleeeze....stop whining. Because hey, you never know!!!
